Head First Java 2nd Edition

I finished reading one of the good written books about java.Head first design kind of different from other programming books instead of focusing only basic constructs of language , it really give you the idea whats going on behind the scene.And langauage of the book is perfect not just giving the hole details and expecting you to understand all of them ,telling you most important parts of the java with funny word,sentences and even with stories.I think Head First With Java is a  book that every Java programmer should read.

Safari Books Account

Nowadays i am searching for books that improve my programming skills.Especially on C and C++ .Because these languages are the milestone in the history of programming and also knowing these languages (i mean mastering them not knowing only some parts) takes your career in programming to the next step .My programming histrory starts with Scheme which is a high level ,easy to implement,hard to read language .(Scheme is a lisp derived programming language).Then i switch to C programming language i spend almost one year programming with it.It totaly change my perspective about programming , and then of course i switch to C++.But i cant spend so much time on C++ and also i sometimes have hard time switching between object oriented platform and procedural platform.

Anyway enough histrical background ,these days i decide to spend my time working again with C and C++ (while struggling to catch new technologies with Java and C#, and also dealing with midterms).So i open a account on Safari Book Online which is a online book store that you can sign up and read almost wide variey of cmputer books.(Wiley,Microsoft Press,IBM,Sun..)Also you can expend your account and download these books and have big discount on printed versions.(but it is kind of expensive about 22$ per month )I have starter account which will cost me about 10 $ per month.But also it means big library to read.

Blog Dilinde Değişiklik

Uzun zamandan beri aklımda olan ama bir türlü başlayamadığım birçok ertelenmiş projeye başlamaya karar verdim.Bunlardan biri de belli bir süre türkçe blog tuttuktan sonra ingilizce blog yazmaya geçmekti.Bunun zamanı geldi diye düşünüyorum.

İngilizce bir dökümanı kendi bilgilerimi de katıp türkçeye aktarırken çeşitli zorluklar yaşıyorudum (acaba bu terimin karşılığı var mı gibi böyle olunca ortaya tarzanca bir dil çıkıyor) bende buna son vermek için blog yazılarımı bundan sonra ingilizce olarak yayınlayacağım çok acil birşey olmadıkça.Umarım yazılarımı takip edenler bu takipe devam eder çünkü ingilizce makaleleri hem daha rahat hemde sık yazabilirim bu da hem sizin hemde benim işime gelir.Takipte olun.
